This 2010 Kia Forte SX test car was fitted with a 6-speed manual. Normally that would be good news, but in this case it wasn't, as the Forte had the worst throttle/clutch action of any car in recent memory. The throttle can be quite abrupt, while the clutch is incredibly vague. I nicknamed the car Lurch, as it's hard to drive smoothly. A shame, because the Forte handles surprisingly well.
