Fun at 16 mph. The resort we stayed at in Montana provides its guests with these Chinese electric cars. Since the resort had them governed to 16 mph, we spent most of our time doing e-brake turns on the resort's dirt roads. I also found that I could get up to 22 mph downhill if I took my foot off the throttle, which seems at odds with most electric cars.
